Description:

  • Sit on a bench upright with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Raise 2 dumbbells so that you create a right angle both at the torso to upper arm and at the elbow
  • Maintaining those angles and an upright torso, tip forward at the waist.
  • Keep your chest up and elbows back throughout
